FAQ
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary by destination, but most orders are delivered within the estimated windows below:
- USA: 3–9 business days
- UK & Europe: 5–12 business days
- Rest of World: 10–18 business days
All shipments include tracking once the order has been dispatched
Most AlphaWorkshop bands and cases are designed for modern Apple Watch models, including Apple Watch Ultra, Ultra 2, Ultra 3 and selected Apple Watch Series models. Please select the correct size on the product page before checkout.

We stand behind our products. If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us and we’ll help with a replacement or resolution.
If the product is not right for you, you may return it within 30 days of delivery in unused condition for a refund or exchange. Return shipping costs may apply unless the item is defective or incorrect.
AlphaWorkshop products are covered by our lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, or cosmetic aging of materials such as leather patina.
