Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn, unused, with tags and original packaging. You’ll also need proof of purchase.

To start a return, email us at support@alphaworkshop.co.
If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please do not send any items back before receiving return instructions from us, as they will not be accepted

Damages and issues
Please check your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if it’s defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll replace it or refund you right away.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Some items can’t be returned, like perishable goods, custom orders, or personal care products. We also can’t accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and place a new order once your return is accepted.

European Union 14-day cooling off period
If your order is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason. As above, items must be in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.

Refunds
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take extra time to process the refund. If it’s been more than 15 business days since approval, please contact us at support@alphaworkshop.co
