At ALPHA WORKSHOP, we are committed to getting your gear to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. We ship worldwide to our global community of Alphas. Below you'll find everything you need to know about our shipping process.
Order Processing
All orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 1-3 business days. During peak seasons or special launch events, processing may take slightly longer. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number the moment your order is on its way.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We believe in a simple, transparent shipping policy.
- Shipping Cost: FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING on all orders. No minimum spend required.
- Tracking: INCLUDED on all orders. You will be able to track your package's journey.
Estimated Delivery Times (after your order has been dispatched):
- USA: 3-9 business days
- UK & Europe: 7-14 business days
- Rest of the World: 10-18 business days
Tracking Your Arsenal
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to follow your package's journey to your doorstep. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active in the carrier's system after you receive the email.
Important Notes
Customs & Duties: Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon arrival in your country. These fees are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Alaska & Hawaii: Currently, we are unable to ship to Alaska and Hawaii. We are actively working on expanding our logistics to serve our entire community and we apologize for this temporary inconvenience
